    Are you insured?

    Yes. pet auntie carries full liability insurance and is bonded. You’re fully covered on every booking.

    How do I know my dog is safe?

    GPS tracking is active on every walk. You receive a real-time route map and photos after every single session.

    What areas do you cover?

    We currently service [neighborhoods]. Contact us directly if you’re outside our standard area — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Can I meet my walker before booking?

    Absolutely. We offer a free 20-minute meet & greet before your first walk so your dog can get comfortable with their walker.

    What if I need to cancel?

    Cancel up to 24 hours before your walk for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

    What dogs do you walk?

    All breeds and sizes. We assess suitability for group walks at the meet & greet to ensure every pairing is the right fit.
